I am helping to create a Friends of Iverson Park that will work to develop and implement a maintenance and improvement plan for the park. In addition to developing a plan for the park, we will look to organize some work days where we can clean up Iverson Park and make some small improvements. Please contact Eric Dusenbury at 404/522-7130 or dusenbur@bellsouth.net if you would like to get involved.
Willing to help wherever I can Eric. Maybe we can create an "event" of sorts using the ML Dads to let people get involved. It's a great playground for the neighborhood.
Boyd,
Thanks for the volunteer and for volunteering others

. We will probably organize something in the fall and I will put you on the volunteer list.
- Eric
Hey Eric, where exactly is Iverson Park. Also how much area or what zip codes does Mary Lin cover? Were in Poncy Highland on Moreland Ave. We have a 1st grader at Mary Lin, it seems that Mary Lin branches out quite a bit? Where do the boundaries end for our school? Were new to the area from California so I was just wondering.
Maria
Maria - Iverson park is located in Candler Park just north of the Candler Park MARTA station (South of McLendon between Oakdale and Candler Park Drive). The Mary Lin district includes the Inman Park, Candler Park. Lake Claire, Poncey Highland, and Druid Hills (city of Atlanta section) neighborhoods. The southern border is Dekalb Avenue and I believe the western border is the railroad tracks that cross North Avenue near Kroger. Ponce is the northern border for Poncey Highland and the city line is the northern border for Druid Hills and Lake Claire.
