Mary Lin requires a student to live within the district (visit School District) and provide certain personal documentation. The "in- district" requirement is crucial to prevent overcrowding of schools, and to plan for system growth.

1. As per the Atlanta Public Schools, proof of residency documents MUST be in the name of the parent or legal guardian of the student.
2. Everyone is required to fill out and HAVE NOTARIZED the Proof of Residency Form.

**If your child will need ANY MEDICATION/MEDICAL PROCEDURE WHILE AT SCHOOL (inhaler, insulin, ibuprofen, etc.), you need to fill out this APS MEDICAL FORM and have it on file at the school. Otherwise, your child will not be administered ANY MEDICATION or PROCEDURE during school hours.

Re-Registration for returning Mary Lin students is held in the spring and new student registration begins soon after. Call the school for exact times and dates.
